Beer Review, imperial stout

Deconstructed Bomb! Vanilla

Deconstructed Bomb!

Prairie Artisan Ales

Appearance: Black with a khaki head that doesn’t last as long as its siblings.

Smell: alcohol…. with some vanilla. It smells like it’s going to be a rough ride and not the fun kind.

Taste: vanilla, roasted malts, alcohol and toasted caramel and burnt malts

Mouthfeel: heavy body with medium carbonation

Overall: This beer taste better than it smells. I’m not saying the smell is terrible just not a smooth vanilla like I was hoping for. This beer starts off like its going in the right direction then abruptly stops leaving you with disappointment.
